Bio

Dr. Wu received his BS in mechanical engineering at National Sun Yet-sen University, Taiwan, in 2001, his MS in the department of mechanical engineering at Tatung University, Taiwan, in 2004, and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the National Taiwan Tech. in 2009. In early 2009, he was a recipient of abroad research program of NSTC heading to Robotics Institute at CMU in USA for 6 months. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a postdoctoral research fellow for military service at Opto-Mechatronics Technology Center of National Taiwan Tech. During early 2023 to 2017, he joined Texas A&M University at Qatar as a postdoctoral research fellow. In 2018, he joined the department of mechanical engineering at National Chin-Yi University of Technology as an Assistant Professor. In early 2020, he then joined the department of intelligent automation engineering at National Taipei Tech. as an Assistant Professor. In August 2023, he was promoted as an Associate Professor until now.
