Bio

Dr. Chang received his BS in mechanical engineering at National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1996, his MS in the department of aeronautics and astronautics at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 1998, and his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008. He has worked at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan, as a mechanical design engineer from 2000 to 2002. He joined the faculty member at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2023 as assistant professor, associate professor, professor. He then joined National Taipei University of Technology in 2023 as a professor in Graduate Institute of Manufacturing Technology. He has been published 38 journal papers and more than 100 conference papers. He also hold 18 patents.
