Position : Development Engineer 

Job dimensions

• Responsible for technical development on Glass Coating Activity (Container, Flat Glass and Returnable) in Asia Pacific region
• The jobholder is required to analyze, identify demands and requirements of existing and potential markets.
• Evaluate market potentials and product (portfolio) to satisfy customer needs and company profitability.
• Coordinate sales activities, production teams to meet customers’ requirements.
• Technical service on chemical and mechanical to existing customers and coaching of application knowledge.
• Equipment installation and audit the customer’s site.
• Coordinate technical development progress (Chemical and mechanical) and update market information internally
• Responsible for account business assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

1.Knowledge:

• Major in mechanical / electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of chemical engineering, chemistry and polymer.

2. Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Flexible, straightforward and independent.
• Good IT skills such as PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
• Well master of English, especially for good written and oral English

3. Experience:

• More than 2 years of experience in chemistry / chemical engineering or glass making industry
• Working experience in glass industry or beverage industry will be a plus.

4. Abilities:

• Creative and result-oriented
• Work under pressure
